I was going to say 'I knew you were something special!' But that isn't right! You were special even without this power. You'd be special even if you never had it. This just making you amazing in a whole new way!

[ What was that suspicious pause for, Edge!! Minako decides to let it slide though, trusting him enough to just taking his words for what they are. ]

[That's Minako, after all. If he knows her at all, she's already thinking about how these powers will help her protect her goddess and all the people she cares about. She might pretend like she thinks the world revolves around her, but Edge has seen that other side of her.]
