[ What was that suspicious pause for, Edge!! Minako decides to let it slide though, trusting him enough to just taking his words for what they are. ]

[That's Minako, after all. If he knows her at all, she's already thinking about how these powers will help her protect her goddess and all the people she cares about. She might pretend like she thinks the world revolves around her, but Edge has seen that other side of her.]

[ He's hitting the nail right on the head there. Minako isn't really as excited about finding out more about herself right now as she's just excited about just how much protecting she's going to be able to do with these powers. That's the really important part. ]
